My mission is to guide each person to find their true authentic self through movement, healing music and meditation. Yoga is a lifelong practice that can increase wellness and longevity and bring harmony and peace in a stressful world.
I have been dedicated to the practice of yoga for over 30 years. As a professional dancer, I began my yoga journey with an emphasis in Iyengar and Ashtanga Yoga. I am an RYT® 200 Certified Yoga Instructor and specialize in Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and am also certified in Chair Yoga and Reiki.
I offer private lessons and a variety thematic workshops for all levels, including vinyasa, hatha, yin, and restorative yoga. My classes are designed to help you build strength, increase flexibility, and reduce stress.
